职位描述 Responsibilities:

Responsible for Josab’s Chinese subsidiary including sales, project coordination, service and maintenance, as well as full P&L ownership.

Main tasks:

• Establish and operate the Chinese subsidiary of Josab International AB

• Develop the company structure and hire skilled personnel

• Establish and develop the Chinese business:

- Create and execute a professional business plan based on the guidelines from the board of Josab Int.

- Set up and coordinate a cost efficient production though local sub-contractors
-建立及协调与当地合作商的合理成本生产;
- Set up, organize and operate a professional sales and project team
- 建立、组织和运营专业的销售和项目团队;
- Set up, organize and operate a function for service and maintenance, as well as back office support.
-建立、组织和运营服务和维护业务(后台支持);
- Support, motivate and develop the organization.
-支持、激励和发展工作团队;
• Follow the reporting guidelines of Josab International

Experience:
经验:
• A least 5 year experience as a MD in a foreign owned company.
• 至少5年外企总经理经验;
• P/L and staff responsibility as MD or business unit manager
• 有公司经营及员工管理的总经理或者相关部门任职经历
• Experience from reporting to a foreign company
• 向外企报告经验
• Worked in a technically driven company, preferably within water and sewage
• 有科技公司(最好是水务公司)的任职经历
• Sales Manager experience within B2B
• B2B销售经验
• Experience from sales of projects
• 项目销售经验
• Production experience and/or understanding, including logistic coordination
• 生产经验或了解生产经验,包括后勤协调
